Qualifications

• 8–12 years of human capital experience in client-facing consulting or advisory contexts.
• Proven track record leading engagements with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Experience identifying growth opportunities and shaping proposals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact across human capital engagements, building trusted advisor relationships at senior and C-suite levels.
• Lead client workshops, steering committee presentations, and executive briefings; translate complex analysis into clear narratives.
• Manage client expectations, scope, and delivery quality across concurrent engagements.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and contribute to account growth and new mandates.
• Lead operating model design engagements from diagnostics to future-state roadmaps.
• Shape HR transformation, talent strategy, and change management for large programs.
• Co-design enterprise talent strategies and lead reviews to support business transformation.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership; mentor junior practitioners.
