Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is seeking a Regional Human Capital Business Partner to support multiple regions within the Sanlam Retail Mass cluster. You will align HC plans with business needs, ensure compliance with policies, and lead talent initiatives across the unit.

The role requires influencing decisions on people matters, implementing HC frameworks, and driving change and transformation programs. You will report into HC leadership and collaborate with CoEs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in human capital generalist roles in a corporate environment, preferably in insurance.
• Strong advisory and influencing skills with business units.
• Experience with talent acquisition, performance management and development.
