Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function within Group Capital and support business partnering across divisions. The role focuses on strategic HR leadership, policy implementation, and process improvements to drive transformation and value creation.

The incumbent will partner with the General Manager and Senior Management, ensuring alignment with employment equity, governance, and HR service delivery across Eskom.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior management experience in HR value chain and practices.
• Strong knowledge of Eskom policies, processes and labour legislation.
• Proven ability to lead transformation and partner with business units.

Responsibilities

• Formulates corporate and divisional HR strategy and direction.
• Manages HR operations across the business units.
• Sets functional direction for HR processes implementation.
• Leads HR projects and portfolio initiatives for Transformation.
• Oversees transformation planning and implementation for HR across divisions or subsidiaries.
• Provides high-level HR advisory and consultancy services.
