Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd seeks a General Manager Human Capital Operations to lead the HC Operations function. You will develop and drive strategies to attract, retain and nurture talent while shaping policies with top management, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and a strong work culture.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will champion digitisation, governance and a high-performance work environment across Eskom's HC portfolio, requiring strategic thinking and decisive leadership.

Qualifications

• B Degree/ B Tech/ Advance Diploma in relevant HC field with 360 credits.
• Minimum 10 years of extensive management experience in human capital.
• Ability to formulate and implement HC operations strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Eskom policies, procedures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive human capital operations strategies.
• Align HC operations with global trends and best practices; digitisation focus.
