Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function within Group Capital and support business partnering across divisions. The role focuses on strategic HR leadership, policy implementation, and process improvements to drive transformation and value creation.

The incumbent will partner with the General Manager and Senior Management, ensuring alignment with employment equity, governance, and HR service delivery across Eskom.

Introduction

Position/Task Grade: EEE-BAND.Department: Group Capital Division Human Resources Business Support.Business Unit: Group Capital Human Resources.Area of specialization: Reporting to the General Manager Business support the Senior Manager Human Resources will be responsible to strategically manage and lead the implementation of Human Resources strategy, policies, procedures, processes, and practices through Business partnering and to assist in the positioning of the Human Resources Function.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulates Corporate and Divisional Human Resources operations management strategy and direction.
• Manages the Human Resources Operations Management.
• Sets the functional direction for implementation of human resources processes.
• Leads and Implements Eskom Human Resources projects, portfolio initiatives for Transformation and ensure integration across the business disciplines within their respective Divisions.
• Heads the transformation planning and implementation processes for the human resources function inCorporate, Divisions or Subsidiaries.
• Provides a high-level Human Resources advisory and consultancy service.

Qualification(s)

• B Degree in HumanResources/ Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences or
• Management at a NQF level 7 with 360 credits or a
• B Tech in Human Resources Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences or Management at a NQF level 7 with 360 credits

Experience

• 10 Years’ extensive experience in Senior Management and Human Resources value chain management and practices.
