Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in HRM, MBA, or related field.
• Min 10 years HR experience with at least 5 in management.
• Proven HR Manager in a similar industry.
• Strong South African labour law knowledge and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with HRIS implementation.
• CIPM or equivalent desirable.
