AECOM in Durban, South Africa, seeks a senior civil/structural engineer with 15+ years’ highway and major infrastructure design experience. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams, provide technical direction, and manage cost estimates while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires ECSA registration and a strong track record with large-scale projects, delivering high quality, cost-effective solutions within a consultancy framework.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years’ experience in highway and major infrastructure design.
• Professionally Registered with ECSA as an Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience with Main Roads WA projects and standards.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary design teams in a consultancy environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑facing capability.
• Ability to provide clear technical direction and professional judgement.
