Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of road and highway projects, from concept to construction documentation.
• Manage project teams, ensuring efficient execution of design tasks and adherence to schedules.
• Perform detailed geometric design, including alignment, cross-sections, and earthworks calculations.
• Develop comprehensive drainage designs, including culverts, channels, and stormwater management systems.
• Ensure compliance with South African National Standards (SANS) and other relevant road design guidelines.
• Conduct traffic impact assessments and design traffic control measures.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and approve designs, calculations, and technical reports prepared by team members.

Requirements
