AECOM Durban is seeking a senior Civil/Structural Engineer with 15+ years of highway and major infrastructure design experience to lead multidisciplinary teams on significant projects.

You will provide technical direction, develop cost estimates, contribute to PS&E packages, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role demands strong commercial awareness and professional judgment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years’ experience in highway and major infrastructure design.
• Professionally Registered with ECSA as an Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience working with Main Roads WA projects and standards.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary design teams in a consultancy environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑facing capability.
• Ability to provide clear technical direction and professional judgement.
