Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in manufacturing engineering, heavy industry.
• Experience in process design, optimization, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery, fabrication, welding, and assembly.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and simulation tools.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for heavy industrial products.
• Select and commission new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
• Develop and optimize production line layouts and workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (P&IDs, work instructions, BOMs).
• Collaborate with design, quality control, and production teams to meet specs.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Train personnel on new processes and equipment.
