Job summary

Bionic Talent is seeking a Senior SEO & Paid Ads Manager to own and execute organic search and paid advertising strategies for healthcare, medical, and dental clients. You will drive the full funnel from technical SEO to AI-driven search optimization and multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs.

The role requires 5–8+ years in SEO and paid ads, strong WordPress/GA4/GSC/ Ahrefs| SEMrush knowledge, and experience with US-based agencies.

Qualifications

5–8+ years hands-on SEO & paid ads experience.
Technical, local, and on-page SEO expertise.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube & LinkedIn Ads.
Knowledge of WordPress, GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and conversion tracking.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, lead gen, attribution, and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for high-intent leads and conversions.
Audit and resolve crawlability, indexability, site speed, and on-page issues.
Manage local SEO, Google Business Profiles, citations, and reviews.
Plan and execute SEO-driven content and on-page optimization.
Develop and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs.
Prepare client-ready performance reports and actionable recommendations.
