Job summary

FreeRecruit is seeking an experienced SEO & Paid Ads Manager to own and execute both organic search and paid advertising strategies for healthcare, medical, and dental clients. You will manage the full digital acquisition funnel, from technical SEO to AI search optimization and multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSA.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of combined hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising.
Strong technical and strategic SEO expertise, including technical, local, and on-page SEO.
Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong working knowledge of WordPress, GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities
