Job summary

Bionic Talent is seeking a senior SEO & Paid Ads Manager to lead organic growth and paid strategies for healthcare-focused clients. This hands-on role demands ownership of technical SEO, local search, and AI-driven optimization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs.

You will develop data-driven campaigns, monitor performance, and present actionable recommendations to clients and leadership. US experience is mandatory; remote work from South Africa is supported.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of combined hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising.
• Strong technical and strategic SEO expertise, including technical, local, and on-page SEO.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Fluent English with excellent client communication and reporting.
• Experience with US-based agencies and US-focused clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies focused on qualified traffic and conversions.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability, indexability, and site issues.
• Perform keyword research for high-converting, local, and industry search intent.
• Manage local SEO including Google Business Profiles and reviews.
• Optimize sites for Google, Bing, and AI-driven search platforms.
• Manage WordPress sites, CMS updates, hosting migrations, and domain tasks.
• Plan and execute SEO-driven content and on-page optimization.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, conversions, and technical health with GA4 and GSC.
• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, LSAs.
• Build, optimize, and scale campaigns for lead generation and ROAS.
• Conduct audience, creative, keyword, and landing-page A/B testing.
• Analyze campaigns and improve CPL, conversions, and efficiency.
• Create data-driven strategies and present insights to clients and leadership.
• Collaborate with content, web, creative, and account management teams.
