Bionic Talent is seeking a Senior SEO & Paid Ads Manager to own and drive organic and paid acquisition strategies for healthcare-focused clients. This fully remote role requires ownership of technical SEO, local search, and AI-driven optimization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO and paid advertising experience, strong WordPress and GA4 proficiency, and a track record of optimizing ROAS and CPL for US-based campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO and paid advertising experience.
• Strong technical and strategic SEO across on-page, local, and technical aspects.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Solid knowledge of WordPress, GA4, GSC, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel and ClickUp for campaign ops.
• Understanding ROAS, CPL, and conversion-rate optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for qualified traffic and high-intent leads.
• Conduct technical SEO audits; resolve crawlability, speed, and on-page issues.
• Perform keyword research focusing on local and industry-specific intent.
• Manage local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and review strategies.
• Optimize sites for Google, Bing, and AI-driven search platforms.
• Plan and execute SEO-driven content and on-page optimization.
• Develop paid acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs.
• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROAS.
• Analyze campaigns and improve CPL and conversion rates.
• Create performance reports with actionable insights for clients and teams.
