Job summary

Bionic Talent seeks a senior SEO & Paid Ads Manager to own and drive both organic and paid acquisition strategies for healthcare-focused clients. You will lead technical SEO, local search, and AI-driven optimization, while managing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs.

The role requires 5–8+ years of combined experience, US-market exposure, and the ability to present actionable recommendations to clients and leadership from a fully remote framework. EST hours apply.

Qualifications

5–8+ years hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising.
Strong technical and strategic SEO expertise including technical, local, and on-page SEO.
Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
Familiarity with US-based agencies and US-focused clients preferred.
Excellent English communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawl/indexing issues.
Perform keyword research focusing on local and industry-specific intent.
Manage local SEO including Google Business Profiles and reviews.
Plan and optimize SEO-driven content and on-page changes.
Lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs and optimize ROAS.
