Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Growth Strategist to own growth, performance, and strategic direction for a portfolio of high-growth consumer brands. You will mobilize cross-functional teams to execute growth plans across paid media, creative strategy, influencer marketing, offers, funnels, and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth strategy or related discipline.
• Proven experience owning growth outcomes for meaningful DTC brands.
• Strong understanding of paid social, performance creative, offers, and CRO.
• Experience with sizeable advertising budgets and commercial decision making.
• Ability to translate performance data into clear strategic actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with founders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy for a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands.
• Lead cross-functional pods spanning paid media, creative, influencer marketing, and CRO.
• Run weekly growth meetings focused on performance, decisions, and blockers.
• Build high-impact test pipelines across creatives, offers, landing pages, and funnels.
• Manage client relationships and present clear, commercially grounded updates.
• Share winning strategies and learnings across Advantage HQ.
