Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a remote Google Ads strategist to own DTC accounts end-to-end for global brands. You will own client relationships, present results, and defend your decisions with data. You’ll audit campaigns before touching them and partner on feed, landing pages, and tracking to improve NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

You can work from anywhere and must be able to take client calls during US Eastern business hours, with most of your day autonomous and output-driven.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and demonstrable results.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce accounts and ROAS optimization.
• Ability to explain decisions and defend them with data.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end and be the client’s primary contact.
• Audit campaigns and structures before touching anything.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate, track PMax performance.
• Own feed, landing pages, and conversion tracking across accounts.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, and pages.
