Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Geology, Geophysics, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in geothermal exploration and project development.
• Proven track record in reservoir modeling, well testing, and performance analysis for geothermal systems.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and power cycle design for geothermal applications.
• Experience with GIS software and geophysical data interpretation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geological and geophysical surveys to identify and assess potential geothermal energy resources.
• Develop and optimize drilling plans and reservoir management strategies for geothermal power plants.
• Design and oversee the implementation of geothermal power generation systems, including turbines and heat exchangers.
• Analyze operational data to monitor well performance and optimize energy extraction.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols specific to geothermal operations.
• Collaborate with government agencies and local communities on project development and permitting.
