In this senior role, you will manage budgets, timelines, and cross-geography teams, while staying abreast of advances in geothermal technology and regulatory landscapes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Earth sciences or geothermal engineering.
• 10+ years in geothermal resource assessment and project development.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer related to geothermal systems.
• Proficient with geological modeling and simulation software.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategic planning and execution of geothermal energy projects.
• Lead geological and geophysical assessments for resource identification and characterization.
• Design and optimize surface and downhole plant operations for efficiency.
