Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Geology, Geophysics, or related Earth Science with geothermal specialization.
• Minimum of 7 years of geothermal resource exploration, assessment, and project development.
• Strong understanding of reservoir engineering, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics in geothermal systems.
• Proficiency in geological modeling software and data interpretation techniques.
• Experience with drilling operations and power plant design for geothermal applications.
• Excellent research, analytical, and technical reporting skills.
