• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations for mining and civil projects.
• Perform advanced analyses: slope stability, seepage, settlement, seismic.
• Develop foundation designs for heavy structures, dams, high-rises.
• Provide expert ground improvement and tunneling advice.
• Prepare and present geotechnical reports to clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
