You will lead a team of geotechnical engineers and technicians, providing expert guidance in soil mechanics, foundation design, and site characterization, while ensuring high quality, cost-effective solutions and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of geotechnical experience with project leadership.
• Proficiency in geotechnical software and site characterization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geotechnical investigations including site reconnaissance, drilling, and laboratory testing.
• Perform complex geotechnical analyses such as slope stability and foundation design.
• Develop detailed geotechnical reports, recommendations, and drawings.
• Oversee junior geotechnical engineers and technicians, providing mentorship.
• Liaise with clients and project managers to define project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant geotechnical standards and best practices.
• Manage project budgets and timelines for geotechnical scopes.
• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for investigations and designs.
• Contribute to business development with proposals and client engagement.
• Stay updated on advancements in geotechnical engineering.
