Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Geophysics or related Earth Science discipline.
• 5+ years of geophysical exploration experience with strong seismic interpretation.
• Proficiency with HampsonRussell, OpendTect and Geovation software.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and interpret seismic, magnetic, and gravity data to identify structures and hydrocarbon traps.
• Use geophysical software to create subsurface interpretations.
• Integrate geophysical data with geological models and well data for prospect evaluation.
• Design and plan geophysical surveys, including seismic acquisition and processing parameters.
• Prepare detailed geophysical reports and present findings to exploration teams and management.
• Collaborate with geologists and reservoir engineers on exploration objectives.
