Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Geology, Geophysics, or a related geoscience field with geomodeling specialization.
• 12+ years in geological and reservoir geomodeling in Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, construction, and validation of 3D geological and reservoir models.
• Integrate static and dynamic data into geomodels for accuracy.
• Apply advanced stochastic modeling for uncertainty quantification and risk assessment.
• Define workflows and best practices for geomodeling across the org.
• Mentor junior geomodelers and geoscientists in technical excellence.
• Collaborate with exploration, development, and production teams to meet objectives.
• Evaluate new geomodeling technologies and software.
• Prepare technical reports and model reviews for leadership.
• Ensure quality control of geomodeling outputs and maintain databases.
• Contribute to asset evaluations and field development planning.
