You will cultivate relationships, drive revenue growth, and support the organization's charitable mission. The role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for the nonprofit sector, with a strong track record in fundraising

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising and development.
• Demonstrated expertise in major gift solicitation, grant writing, and fundraising strategy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to meet revenue goals and long-term sustainability.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with major donors and funders.
• Manage grant applications, proposals, and reporting for foundations and corporate partners.
