Placements24 in Sandton is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will drive financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis to support strategic decisions and drive performance across business units.

The ideal candidate has a Finance degree, CMA/CFA preferred, at least 5 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle). Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for engagement with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CMA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis, FP&A or corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for Sandton office.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Conduct variance analysis with explanations for deviations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and board.
• Support annual budgeting with department heads.
• Analyze profitability and KPIs across business segments.
