Motus GWM seeks a fleet sales professional to establish and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, driving fleet sales in line with SOPs and compliance. You will assist dealerships with prospecting, deliver presentations and pricing, and register fleet owners on the Fleet portal.

Responsibilities include data-driven input for reporting, identifying new opportunities to improve operations, and providing specialist advice to enhance processes and customer service.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar environment.
• Matric and related job training and experience.
• 0-1 year experience in a similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with fleet customers to promote fleet sales.
• Adhere to compliance (FICA, POPI, CPA) and SOPs.
• Assist dealerships with fleet prospecting including presentations, pricing and aftersales; register fleet owners on the Fleet portal.
• Conduct research to provide input to operational reporting and decision-making.
• Identify new opportunities/technologies to improve processes.
• Ensure customers are knowledgeable of products and services to retain customers and grow revenue.
• Manage customers through timely follow-ups and follow CRM processes.
• Provide specialist advice to enable value-added improvements and services.
• Provide specialist advice to identify and develop solutions to improve quality of processes and services.
