Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol hotel premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to incidents, including security breaches, disturbances, and guest inquiries.
• Ensure CCTV cameras and alarm systems are operational and report malfunctions to management.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing security-related concerns.
• Collaborate with hotel management and staff to uphold safety protocols and enhance security measures.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Conduct regular checks of guest areas to maintain a secure environment at all times.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.
