Qualifications

• Valid Grade A/B Psira Certificate.
• 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role or hospitality setting.
• Well spoken in English and can communicate fluently.
• Neatly groomed individual.
• Computer literate.
• Matric.
• Should be able to travel to Cape Town, Tokai areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the hotel premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to incidents, including but not limited to security breaches, disturbances, and guest inquiries.
• Ensure that security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems, is operational and report any malfunctions to management.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing their security-related concerns.
• Collaborate with hotel management and staff to uphold safety protocols and enhance security measures.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Conduct regular checks of guest areas, ensuring a secure environment at all times.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your security skills and knowledge.
