Responsibilities

• Ensure CCTV cameras and alarm systems are operational and report malfunctions to management.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing security-related concerns.
• Collaborate with hotel management and staff to uphold safety protocols and enhance security measures.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Conduct regular checks of guest areas to maintain a secure environment at all times.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.

About The Role

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Conduct regular checks of guest areas, ensuring a secure environment at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Grade A/B Psira Certificate
• Atleast 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role or hospitality setting
• Well Spoken in English and can communicate fluently
• Neatly groomed individual
• Computer literate
• Matric
• Should be able to travel to Cape Town, Tokai areas

Additional Qualifications

• First Aid, Fire Fighting, Health and safety certification.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with security technology and systems.
