Placements24 is seeking a Senior Fitness Program Coordinator in Bloemfontein to lead the development and implementation of innovative fitness initiatives for the community. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in fitness program management or coordination.
• Nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM) required.
• Proven experience designing/delivering group fitness and personal training programs.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise programming.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and evaluate a wide range of fitness programs, including group classes, personal training, and workshops in Bloemfontein.
• Manage and schedule fitness instructors and personal trainers, ensuring coverage and high-quality instruction.
• Develop and maintain fitness program budgets, managing resources efficiently to maximize impact.
• Promote fitness programs within the community, collaborating with marketing teams to increase participation.
• Ensure all fitness activities comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized fitness guidance to members.
