Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Fitness Program Coordinator to lead and grow fitness offerings in Welkom. You will develop programs, schedule classes, recruit and supervise instructors, and ensure safe, high-quality service for all members.

You'll manage budgets, monitor participation, and collaborate with other departments to boost enrollment and member satisfaction in a vibrant community setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in fitness program coordination or management.
• Certifications from ACE, NASM, or AFAA.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Fitness Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and promote a diverse range of fitness classes and programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in all fitness activities.
• Monitor program participation and member feedback, making adjustments as needed.
• Manage the fitness department's budget and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and drive program enrollment.
