Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Head Fitness Coach in Cape Town to lead our fitness programs across the leisure and sports facility. You will design and deliver diverse training experiences, supervise a team of coaches, assess clients, and drive client satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates hold a CPT certification, 5+ years in fitness with 2+ years in leadership, and are adept at developing safe, effective plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the fitness industry with progressive responsibilities.
• Minimum 2 years in a coaching or supervisory role.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized institution.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee all fitness programs and training protocols.
• Conduct client assessments, design personalized training plans, and provide coaching.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fitness coaches.
• Stay current with fitness trends and technologies to enhance offerings.
• Promote services, build client relationships, and support retention goals.
• Ensure facilities and training areas are well-maintained and safe.
