Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in kinesiology, exercise science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a certified personal trainer or fitness coach.
• Nationally recognized certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM) mandatory.
• Advanced certifications (strength and conditioning, corrective exercise) are a strong asset.
• Proven ability to design and implement fitness programs for diverse populations.
• Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.
• Proficiency with fitness assessment tools and technology.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fitness and empowering others.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive fitness assessments to identify client needs and tailor personalized training plans.
• Lead and instruct HIIT, strength, and functional fitness classes with proper form and safety.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions and track progress toward goals.
• Develop innovative group fitness programs to boost engagement and retention.
• Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle choices, and injury prevention.
• Stay updated on latest fitness trends and best practices to improve offerings.
• Maintain accurate client records: training logs, progress reports, session notes.
• Collaborate with fitness professionals and management to create a cohesive wellness environment.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, client service, and facility cleanliness.
• Mentor junior coaching staff when applicable.
