The successful candidate will hold a Master’s in a quantitative field, FRM/PRM desirable, 6+ years of risk management experience in banking or finance, with strong modeling and regulatory knowledge in South Africa, plus leadership

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• FRM or PRM certifications desirable.
• Minimum 6 years of financial risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of risk modeling, quantitative analysis, and financial instruments.
• Proficiency with risk management software and data analysis tools.
• Good understanding of SA regulatory environment for financial institutions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial risk management frameworks and strategies.
• Identify, measure, and monitor market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks.
