Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in financial risk management in banking/financial services.
• Expertise across credit, market, liquidity, and operational risk.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge for financial institutions.
• FRM, CFA, or PRM certifications are desirable.
• Residency or willingness to relocate to Rustenburg.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage financial risk strategies and policies.
• Identify and monitor credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks.
• Design risk models, stress tests, and scenario analyses.
• Ensure Basel and internal governance compliance.
• Lead and mentor risk analysts and managers.
