You will build models, perform due diligence, advise on capital structures, and mentor juniors while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering clear client reports.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA(SA), CFA, CPA) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and investment appraisals.
• Advise clients on capital structuring, funding strategies, and debt management.
• Assess financial risks and develop risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies.
