• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field required.
• Professional certifications such as FRM or PRM highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial risk management, with leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and policies.
• Identify, assess, and quantify key financial risks faced by the organization.
• Design and oversee the execution of risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor and report on risk exposures and regulatory compliance (e.g., Basel accords).
• Develop and maintain risk models, including VaR, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Provide training and guidance to business units on risk management best practices.
