Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA.

• 7+ years of experience in financial management with strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, FP&A and financial planning.
• Manage cash flow, investments and capital structure.
• Provide leadership to the executive team and department heads.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and South African tax compliance.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
