Qualifications

• Senior-level financial management experience.

• Experience within a manufacturing or similar operational environment.
• Experience managing and developing finance staff.
• Based in / able to commute to Centurion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain effective financial controls and ensure compliance.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
• Lead and develop the finance team; drive process improvements.
