Cls, a Centurion-based manufacturing company, seeks a Senior Financial Manager to oversee the financial function and support strategic business decisions. You will manage reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls and risk, and provide strategic financial insight to drive performance and growth.

In this role, you will lead the finance team, partner with operations, and provide commercial input into decisions that enhance profitability and sustainability.

A leading manufacturing company based in Centurion is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to oversee the financial function and support strategic business decisions.

Job Purpose:

To manage the financial function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, compliance, budgeting and forecasting, while providing strategic financial insight to support business performance and growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education (essential):

• BCom Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification
• CA(SA) preferred

Minimum applicable experience (years):

• 5–10 years relevant financial management experience
• Experience in a senior financial management role
• Manufacturing industry experience will be highly advantageous

Required nature of experience:

• Senior-level financial management experience
• Financial reporting and management accounting
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Financial analysis and commercial decision-making
• Management of financial controls and risk
• Experience within a manufacturing or similar operational environment
• Experience managing and developing finance staff

• Based in / able to commute to Centurion
• Own transport and valid driver's licence

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

• Maintain and strengthen effective financial controls and processes.

• Ensure appropriate controls are in place to safeguard company assets and financial information.

• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
