Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Leader in Durban North to drive business performance through robust financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic interventions. You will partner with senior stakeholders across local and global teams to steer budgeting, reporting, and transformation initiatives, delivering actionable insights and robust governance.

Lead diverse finance teams and enable data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years finance experience across multiple functions with strong business partnering
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across cross‑functional teams
• Strong knowledge of financial management, controllership, and governance principles
• Demonstrated leadership with a track record of driving team performance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience leading change management and business transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical ability with translating data into actionable insights
• Proven project management and process improvement in complex environments
• Track record of driving business performance in fast-paced, results-driven organisations
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and multitasking capabilities
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; GCUT and Ifinance experience advantageous
• High integrity, resilience, professionalism, and sound judgement
• Experience in multicultural teams; exposure to head office and manufacturing finance beneficial
