Qualifications

• CA(SA) with 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven expertise in financial control, audits, and IFRS and regulatory reporting.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce internal financial controls and accounting policies across the group.
• Ensure accurate balance sheet reporting and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee compliance with global financial control policies across markets and regions.
• Manage internal and external audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Oversee month-end balance sheet reconciliations and reporting timelines.
• Guide budgeting and reforecasting for the balance sheet and cash flow.
