Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (essential).
• CA(SA) or equivalent qualification (essential).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading an accounting team and implementing financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including AP/AR, GL, and payroll.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
