Job summary

Network Finance in Bethlehem, South Africa, seeks a seasoned Finance Lead to oversee the group’s financial management. You will steer planning, budgeting, forecasts, cash flow, and internal controls while partnering with senior leadership on strategic commercial decisions.

Requirements include a BCom degree with SAICA/SAIPA articles, 7+ years in financial management, ERP experience, and advantageous CIMA exposure. Agriculture/FMCG experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BCom Degree essential.
• SAICA or SAIPA Articles essential.
• CIMA would be advantageous for progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial management function across the business.
• Oversee financial planning, strategy, budgets and forecasts.
• Drive cash flow planning and working capital management.
• Lead financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Manage financial risk and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes.
• Develop and implement finance policies, procedures and controls.
• Partner with leadership on commercial and strategic decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
