Job summary

Communicate Finance in South Africa seeks an experienced Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to oversee month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering across the finance function.

You will manage balance sheet ownership, tax compliance, and statutory filings while leading a finance team and driving process improvements. ERP exposure and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting or related finance qualification.
• CA(SA) qualification advantageous.
• SAICA or SAIPA articles advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the finance function from month-end reporting to management accounts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Perform financial analysis and business partnering with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee audit management and statutory compliance.
• Manage creditors, debtors, and finance operations.
• Mentor and develop the finance team.
