Qualifications

• CA(SA) is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational and commercial finance.
• Experience partnering with operational teams and executive leadership.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and reporting efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly management accounts and operational financial reports.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across operational business units.
• Partner with operational managers to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost control.
• Support pricing decisions, tenders, contracts, and client profitability reviews.
• Oversee financial controls and governance, and support audits and compliance.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other finance functions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.
