Placements24 is seeking an Executive Search Consultant in Cape Town to spearhead senior-level placements within finance and banking. You will lead complex searches, map markets, assess candidates, and present top executives to clients, while nurturing high-level relationships and driving firm growth.

The role demands a minimum of 7 years in executive search, deep financial services knowledge, and a proven track record in delivering C-suite hires.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive experience in executive search, with a demonstrable track record in financial services recruitment.
• Proven ability to successfully complete senior-level placements and manage demanding search mandates.
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including banking, investment management, and fintech.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and candidate assessment skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• A strong network of contacts within the South African and international finance sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute complex executive search assignments for C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions in financial services.
• Develop and implement sophisticated search strategies to identify and attract the best executive talent globally.
• Conduct thorough market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential candidates and understand talent trends.
