Placements24 is seeking a Senior Film Editor in George to assemble raw footage into polished films, guiding pacing, rhythm and emotional impact. You’ll work with a collaborative post-production team on high-profile projects, bringing a strong storytelling eye to every edit.

You will edit for feature films, documentaries, and promotional materials, manage large asset libraries, and ensure technical specs are met for broadcast or online release.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Film Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
• Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and cinematic techniques.
• Experience with color grading and audio mixing is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of handling complex projects.

Responsibilities
