Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the film editing team, assigning tasks and overseeing workflow.
• Edit raw footage into a cohesive and engaging final product, adhering to directorial vision and project timelines.

• Ensure technical quality of edits, including color grading, sound mixing, and final output formats.
• Provide creative input on pacing, storytelling, and overall narrative structure.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) as a professional Film Editor , with a significant portion in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure in filmmaking.
• Experience with color correction and sound design principles is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality editing work in the Arts & Entertainment field.
